SITE PLANS / TEST FITS
Do you have a property that you would like to develop, but aren’t sure what your options are?
Ethos Landscapes offers site planning and “test fit” site plans. With your property survey and building floor plans, we can produce drawings that highlight what the possibilities are for your site.
Building orientation and location, vehicular circulation, pedestrian circulation, parking, open spaces, signage locations, and more are taken into consideration.
Land development codes, operational and functional requirements, as well as the health, safety, and welfare of users are also factors.
PERMITTING
Have a need for signed and sealed landscape construction drawings?
We prepare landscape and hardscape drawings that may be submitted for permitting within the State of Florida. All drawings, specifications, and deliverables can be signed and sealed by us.
PRODUCTION SUPPORT
Is your firm so busy that you can’t keep up with all of your projects?
Production support services are offered to our colleagues in larger Architecture and Engineering firms. With the current high levels of demand for development and labor shortages, we offer drawing production support for our friends that need help.
This may include drafting your designs, calculating quantity takeoffs, detail drawing production, and even QA/QC third party reviews.
All projects, designs, and proprietary information is kept confidential per our contracts.

Commercial Design Process – How It works
Step 1 – Project Kickoff
During the kickoff phase we will work together to discuss scope, schedule, and budget. Based on your needs, we will develop a proposal for services tailored to your needs.
Step 2 – Production
Drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and narratives are produced during this phase. Deliverables can be tailored to specific project requirements as needed.
While production of the agreed upon deliverables is underway, we will ensure our availability for coordination.
Design revisions are typically included in our services since reviews and comments are standard occurrences with permitting. Be sure to specify how you would like revisions handled in the kickoff phase so we can accommodate your needs.
Step 3 – Final Deliverable
Project completion occurs at submission of the final deliverable.
